    You can order folded leaflets at Helloprint with lightning speed. You can choose multiple options for your delivery options, hereby the turn around times for folded leaflets:

    At Helloprint we have multiple deadlines for different turnaround times: for digital folded leaflets the deadline for uploading your file is 12.30PM or 11:00AM and offset the deadline for uploading your file is 10.30AM. Do you want to know which deadline is applies to you? Hereby an overview:

  • Which paper type can I choose?

    135gsm gloss
    This glossy paper type is our most commonly ordered stock by our customers. A smooth finish, it measures 0,11 mm thick.

    170gsm silk
    The 170 gsm silk paper type is most commonly purchased by our business clients. A semi-matt finish and measures 0,17mm thick.

    250gsm gloss
    The best selling paper type within the folded leaflets product group due to its high-grade finish and durability. A smooth glossy finish, it measures 0,22mm thick.

    250gsm UV Varnish
    The highly glossed finish of this paper type is why this folded leaflets stands out. A varnished finished, it measures 0,23mm thick.

  • How do I know if my uploaded files are correct?

    Are you not sure if your uploaded files are correct? No problem! At Helloprint we check your files thoroughly – every time. We offer two possibilities with our file check:

    With our basic file check (which is free), we check your uploaded files on all visible aspects, such as if the format and size is correct (if it is not correct according to our standards, we can scale your design/file to the standard format)

    With our thorough artwork check (which costs an additional 10), we check your uploaded files in more detail, offer a digital proof and can make minor adjustments to size and scale.

  • How are the folded leaflets produced?

    Folded leaflets from Helloprint are produced with 2 different production techniques. Here you will find the differences.

    Offset printing
    Offset printing is made by traditional printing presses on so-called ‘’combination sheets’’. By combining multiple orders from different customers, offset printing (especially with larger quantities) has the lowest possible price. Your design will be produced on the same day if you upload your approved files before 10.30AM.

    Digital printing
    Digitally printed products are printed on professional HP indigo printers, and lower quantities are cheaper when printed digitally compared to offset (the traditional printing way), and more expensive with bigger quantities. The quality is nearly the same. (Tip: Watch out with very refined texts, because then offset printing is the better choice). The deadline for digitaly printed folded leaflets is 12:30PM. For folded leaflets with a special finish, the deadline for uploading your design is 8.30PM

  • How do I request a quote?

    Before you request a quote, we would like to point out the following matters:
    Using varying sorts of paper can lead to higher prices because we cannot combine these orders with our other orders.
    Distinctive formats can lead to higher prices, but we will always try to reduce this as much as possible but combining these with our standard production runs.
